At AthleGrip, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our standard shipping method. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Days
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an order number which can be used for shipping updates.
Damages
AthleGrip is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
We advise that you retain all packaging and the damaged items until the issue has been resolved.
